Refund Policy

Multidisciplinary Science and Applied Research charges no submission fee, article processing charge, page fee, colour figure fee, or publication fee at launch. Because no author-facing publication payment is collected, there is no standard APC refund process during the launch stage.

If Fees Are Introduced Later

If any fee is introduced in the future, the journal will publish the fee amount, timing, waiver terms, payment method, and refund conditions before the fee applies. Fee changes will not be applied retroactively to manuscripts submitted under a no-fee policy unless authors explicitly agree.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are independent of payment status. Payment, waiver eligibility, sponsorship, or institutional relationship must not influence peer review, acceptance, rejection, correction, or retraction decisions.
